Editing my original review due to an update with communication

The woodsman’s group did get back to my email after leaving my original review. I did send the email Friday after hours, so in their defense I should have given them until Monday to respond. Although I’m frustrated with the shipping issues, I understand that’s out of the sellers control sometimes. I’m giving 4 stars because of communication and the company taking accountability on their end.

Never receive my item

I have not received my item. There is no phone number to contact the company, just an email. I sent an email asking for a status of my order or a refund and have yet to get a response. $100 spent. I’m hoping to get some answers soon. If not, I’ll be disputing with my bank.

Great Jacket. It keeps you warm in low 40's by itself, and is also a great layer for frigid days. It is durable and has very convenient pockets. The camo pattern is also top notch. I had several deer pass 5 yds from me while sitting on the ground without a blind and they never gave a thought to what I was. Thank you Hunting Public for putting out great products for the average deer hunter!
