Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Workhorse Gear Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of The Hunting Public, Tethrd, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 17th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends on October 3rd, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST(the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period by the following methods: Online and Mail-In Entry.

4. How to Enter

Online: Visit thehuntingpublic.com and complete the entry form. Additional entries will be awarded for every $1 spent at thehuntingpublic.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Orders that are refunded or returned will not count toward entries.

Mail-In Entry: On a 3x5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address (optional), and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be hand-printed and mailed separately. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 3rd, 2025 and received by October 10th, 2025. Each postcard received that meets requirements will count as 1 entry.

Entry Limits: There is no maximum on the number of entries an entrant may receive; however, all entries must comply with these Official Rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prize Drawing

On or about October 11th, 2025, the Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner via email or phone on or about November 8, 2025.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documents, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event of disqualification, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries (up to three alternates). Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8–10 weeks after the Sweepstakes concludes.

7. Prizes

  • Two (2) First Prizes: A complete set of Workhorse Saddle Gear (Approximate Retail Value: $806.94 each).

  • One (1) Grand Prize: A complete set of Tethrd Premium Saddle Gear including saddle, one-sticks, platform, and select accessories (Approximate Retail Value: $1,351.92).

Total prize pool value: $2,965.80.

8. General Conditions

If the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired for any reason (including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or other causes), the Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Tethrd, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the courts located in Wisconsin. All claims will be governed by Wisconsin law without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to The Hunting Public’s privacy policy.

12. Winner List

The winner list will be emailed to all participants once confirmed. To request the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 7626 Pamperin Way, Unit A, Allenton, WI 53002 after November 15, 2025.
